Executive coaching for the decisions that keep you up at night

You already know how to lead. What you need is a thinking partner who won't nod politely when the real issue is sitting right there on the table.

Four stages, no fluff

Most coaching programmes follow a rigid curriculum written for someone else's problems. Ours starts with yours.

1

Diagnostic call

A 45-minute conversation where we map what is actually going on: the org chart politics, the board dynamics, the decision you have been deferring. No intake forms. No personality quizzes.

2

Priority framing

We identify two or three pressure points that, if addressed in the next 90 days, would change the trajectory of your leadership. Everything else waits.

3

Working sessions

Biweekly 60-minute sessions over three months. Each one is structured around a live challenge you bring. You leave with a concrete action, not a motivational quote.

4

Debrief and handoff

At the end of the engagement, you get a written summary of patterns we noticed, the shifts you made, and a short list of what to watch for next. Then we step back.

Measured outcomes from recent engagements

We track results because vague claims about "transformation" help nobody. Here are three data points from the past 18 months.

34%
Faster decision cycle

A VP of operations at a 400-person manufacturing firm in Montérégie reduced her average decision-to-action time from 11 days to 7 across capital expenditure approvals.

6 of 8
Direct reports retained

A newly promoted CTO was losing senior engineers. After a focused coaching engagement on communication style and delegation, six of eight at-risk team members chose to stay through the next fiscal year.

92 days
Average engagement length

Our engagements are deliberately short. Coaching that drags on for a year often signals dependency, not development. Three months forces focus.

What we actually do

Three distinct offerings. Pick the one that fits, or we will tell you honestly if none of them do.

One-to-one executive coaching

For CEOs, VPs, and directors who need a confidential space to think out loud with someone who will push back. Sessions are biweekly, 60 minutes each, over a 90-day arc. You set the agenda. We hold you to it.

Leadership-team alignment

When your senior team is polite in meetings and political in hallways, something structural is broken. We facilitate a series of four half-day sessions designed to surface disagreements early and build decision protocols the group actually follows.

Transition coaching

New role, new company, or a mandate that changed under your feet? The first 100 days shape how people read you for the next three years. We compress the learning curve by working through stakeholder mapping, early-win identification, and the conversations you need to have before week six.

Board-readiness prep

Preparing for your first board seat or your first time presenting to one? We run scenario-based rehearsals: tough questions, governance traps, the dynamics of a room where everyone outranks you. Two to four sessions, scheduled around your timeline.

Questions we hear often

Therapy explores your past to understand the present. Consulting gives you answers and leaves. Coaching sits between: we help you think more clearly about a specific leadership challenge, then you make the call. We do not write your strategy deck or diagnose anything clinical.
One-to-one coaching runs between $8,000 and $14,000 CAD for a full 90-day engagement, depending on session frequency. Leadership-team alignment is quoted per project. We share exact pricing on the diagnostic call because the scope matters more than a rate card.
Yes. About 70% of our clients work with us over video. For leadership-team sessions, we prefer in-person when feasible because body language carries a lot of information that a webcam flattens. We travel within Quebec and Ontario for those.
Absolutely. We are based in Sherbrooke and work comfortably in both French and English. Many of our clients switch between languages mid-session, and that is fine.
That happens, and we would rather name it than waste your time. If during the diagnostic call it becomes clear that you need a management consultant, a mediator, or a therapist, we will say so and refer you to someone specific. No hard feelings, no invoice.

Let's talk

Send a note with a rough idea of what you are dealing with. We will reply within two business days to schedule a diagnostic call. No pitch, no pressure.
